ARW Psychological Services is a private psychology and therapy practice based in Aotearoa, offering evidence-based, trauma-informed support for adolescents and adults. We provide a confidential, compassionate space to explore challenges related to anxiety, trauma, eating and body image issues, identity, and emotional wellbeing.
Our approach integrates clinical psychology, somatic practices, and nervous system regulation to support long-term healing and recovery. We offer specialised support for individuals navigating disordered eating, body distress, and the impacts of diet culture as well as anxiety, low mood, trauma recovery, and addiction with a strong focus on safety, collaboration, and reclaiming trust in the body.

Approach
At ARW Psychological Services, our work is trauma-informed, somatic, and evidence-based. We support clients to make sense of their experiences while building internal safety, emotional resilience, and nervous system regulation.
We understand that healing is not only cognitive it is relational, embodied, and deeply individual. Our approach is collaborative, non-pathologising, and attuned to the unique needs of each person we work with.
