I offer counselling and psychotherapy that is grounded in the Conversational Model a relational, developmentally-informed approach that supports healing through authentic connection, attuned dialogue, and the co-creation of meaning. This model is particularly effective for those navigating trauma, identity shifts, emotional dysregulation, eating and body image concerns, or a sense of disconnection from self and others.

Sand Tray Therapy — expressive, non-verbal exploration, particularly helpful for children or those who struggle to articulate emotion
Somatic & nervous system-informed work — for regulation, embodiment, and internal safety

Eating and body image support AFT — Adolescent Focussed Therapy (AFT) is a compassionate, evidence-based approach that addresses the complex interplay of emotional, relational, and neurobiological factors in anorexia recovery. Effective for treatment of anorexia.
