Transforming mental healthcare

ARW Psychological Services is dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and wholeness through Counselling, psychotherapy and coaching. Led by Amy Reis Williams, the practice integrates trauma-informed psychology, somatic therapy, and evidence-based approaches to foster deep connection, regulation, and self-awareness. We create a collaborative and compassionate environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to build lasting wellbeing.

A modern approach

We combine the latest psychological research with body-centered, trauma-informed care. Our modern approach recognises that healing involves the whole person mind, body, and nervous system. We tailor therapy to your unique experience, integrating evidence-based techniques with compassionate, practical support to help you build resilience, regulation, and lasting wellbeing.

About Me

Amy Reis Williams Counsellor & Health Coach

My practice is shaped by a deep respect for relational safety, emotional pacing, and the unique ways we come to know and express ourselves. Founder of MindfulWell providing workshops and events for mental wellness.

I support children, teens, adults, and families with a particular focus on neurodivergent experiences, complex trauma, emotional regulation, PTSD, BPD, and challenges in relationship to food and body. My approach is affirming, collaborative, and gently paced, especially for those who’ve felt overlooked or overwhelmed in traditional therapeutic spaces.

With training across psychology, counselling, psychotherapy, and mental health, I work at the intersection of relational trauma, neurodivergence, emotional intensity, eating concerns, and the quiet grief of feeling unseen.

My work is grounded in the Conversational Model of psychotherapy, which centres healing through authentic connection, attuned dialogue, and the co-creation of meaning.

I also draw from somatic, attachment, and neuroaffirming frameworks, and have experience across a range of settings including addiction, eating disorder support, education, and trauma-informed care. I have advanced training in relational psychotherapy with a focus on complex trauma.
